Lucy Bowyer, Head of HR

Lucy joined Clinical Solutions in 2003 to head up the human resources operation of the company. Lucy has over nine years generalist HR experience working at all levels in both large and small companies. Since joining Clinical Solutions, Lucy has worked on a number of projects involving TUPE, due diligence resale of the business, disciplinary’s, recruitment, reward, policies and procedure implementation.

Prior to joining Clinical Solutions Lucy spent eight years with British Airways, the first two years in customer services, and then made the move into HR where she supported the business with HR for Cabin Crew for four years and then in the last eighteen months moved into supporting a broad range of functions with HR projects for all the terminals and ground staff.

Lucy is married and is an avid netball player having represented Southeast England. She loves travel and is looking forward to exploring faraway places.
