24 July 2007: Clinical Solutions, a UK leading provider of software solutions to the healthcare market, has been selected to provide the software for Norways Norsk Helse telefon 24 (NHT24) service.
The clinical decision support and call centre management software will enable staff at NHT24 to offer customers a 24 hour clinical triage service wherever they are located in the world, and provide information related to acute medical conditions.
NHT24 is a private company set up to provide a nation wide telephone helpline offering health advice and support for its subscribed members in all Scandinavian countries. The new service went live on June 19th 2007.
