Clinical Solutions provides a series of user customisable modules to document clinical care in the face to face setting. In the "reception area" demographic capture and simple prioritisation of an individual’s presenting symptoms is conducted to minimise patient waiting times. Patients are then directed to the most appropriate service for clinical assessment within the medical centre. The flexibility of the application allows the decision support algorithms, if required, to be used by clinicians for pre-triage and referral to other levels of care. With the resulting electronic individual patient record created, information can be shared quickly and accurately with any other healthcare provider necessary to expedite the patient journey through the health delivery process.
