Clinical Solutions were the original creators of the groundbreaking NHS Direct software which benefits over 50 million people in the England and is the largest telephone triage system in the world. Our IntefleCS™ range of products work with public and private healthcare providers across UK, Europe, the United States and Australia. We have never rested on our laurels and consistently improve the products and service we offer to healthcare providers, working closely with them to develop medical software that performs in the real world.

Clinical Solutions was formed in 2002 to deliver the solution and services for the NHS Direct programme in England. It quickly expanded to offer a similar service to NHS Direct in Wales and NHS 24 in Scotland. That was immediately followed by the deployment of the face to face nurse assessment solution for the Walk-in Centres in England. These services and solutions are today being taken by other healthcare providers' organisations across the world to utilise electronic patient records as an integral part of their primary care health delivery process. They also seek reductions in patient waiting times, consistency in patient assessment and to effectively manage the clinical risks of their healthcare delivery services.
