Customer Zone: coming soon

Plans are underway to further improve our communications with our customers with the introduction of an Extranet, named ‘Customer Zone’ to enable Clinical Solutions to share specific customer information.

The Customer Zone will include features such as:

  • A password protected area on our website that customers can access
  • A user forums for customers to post questions or comments
  • Infopoint–where customers can share information with other customers
  • FAQs covering the most common questions coming into the helpdesk or trainers
  • Top tips–to help you get the best out of your system
  • Surveys–running throughout the year to get your feedback and opinions

The first phase is scheduled for go-live at the end of April 2007, so please ensure that you visit this section regularly to find out more. Additionally, Clinical Solutions will be providing information about the Customer Zone to our customers.
