David Thorpe, Chairman
David Thorpe, became Chairman of Clinical Solutions in October 2005. For the last 25 years, David has been in the technology and IT services sector, most notably holding several senior positions with EDS, including UK CEO and until 2003 European President. He is a non-executive Director of VT Group plc and TiG plc and non-executive chairman of Tunstall Ltd. David is a strategic advisor to a number of technology companies. He is a qualified accountant and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accounting. In addition to his business portfolio he is Chairman of the Racecourse Association and sits as a Director on the British Horseracing Board and the Horseracing Betting Levy Board.
David is married with two daughters. He enjoys the countryside, food and wine and equestrian activities, which include owning and breeding for National Hunt and Flat.
