A managed services engagement begins with the initial customer consultation and extends through to the delivery and management of all the elements that go into our market leading healthcare and clinician applications, all of which are available as managed services.
Clinical Solutions will perform proactive, preventative monitoring including use of monitoring tools and regular manual checking where necessary. Proactive monitoring is capable of identifying faults which could negatively affect availability, enabling us to resolve an issue before it becomes a serious problem. This type of look-ahead problem solving is just one advantage of managed services.
