Giving your employees the knowledge and skills to use the tools effectively, to enable them to deliver the service you need to offer, is critical to your operation. That’s why at Clinical Solutions we have highly skilled trainer, both clinicians and non-clinicians, who develop the training programmes and then train your employees on every aspect of using the solution.

Through our unique combination of hands-on training, e-learning and role plays, your employees will become highly skilled in the use of the Clinical Solutions applications and in offering patient assessment and consultation during their tailored training programme. We understand the need to ensure that your clinicians and employees follow best practice while at the same time maintain the highest levels of safety. That is why our comprehensive training process ensures that only accredited employees will be able to use the Clinical Solutions application to consult with and assess patients.

To further provide for the integrity and safety of the training, our trainers will work one-on-one with our customers’ clinicians and call handlers during the initial start-up phase. This gives them the added degree of security that they have a coach who will be there to help with any areas they may be uncertain. This has been shown to improve the confidence of new clinicians to make the best decisions.
