Designed specifically for the call centre environment, it closely supports expert advisers in assessing callers' needs, and its highly customisable interface allows call centres to support their chosen workflow through all phases of telephone triage.

IntefleCS® Face to Face

IntefleCS® Face to Face from Clinical Solutions empowers nurses and other health professionals to make fast, accurate face to face assessments of a patient in a confidential secure framework while conforming to guidelines and legislation. Importantly it also helps reduce the workload in General Practices and Emergency departments by supporting the delivery of flexible models of patient services in urgent care facilities, such as Walk-in Centres.

IntefleCS® Long Term Conditions Management Proof of Concept (POC) will combine our clinical expertise with web technology, telephone communications, and tailored software, allowing clinicians to support and advise patients without the need for unnecessary, time-consuming and expensive appointments. This concept can make the patient more aware of the importance of prescription, early detection of potential problems, ongoing education and access to disease specific information. It can greatly improve patient satisfaction and can empower them by better informed and more involved in the process. This can result in reduced complications, reduced re-admissions due to non-compliance with their treatment regime, increased patient responsibility for their own treatment, improved health outcomes and reduced costs of long term conditions management.

IntefleCS® Health Watch

IntefleCS® Health Watch are web-based applications for the early detection and effective management of an epidemic or pandemic outbreak of infectious disease such as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) or Avian Influenza as well as biological threats, localised disasters and other emergencies.

The value of a single well informed contact point for the public in the event of an emergency is immeasurable when the health system infrastructure is likely to be stretched to its limits. IntefleCS® Health Watch enables call takers to access the application remotely, which may be necessary in an actual pandemic, and features a series of concise and comprehensive algorithms that permit rapid modification, as would be required in a pandemic with changing service and containment needs. It allows clinicians to quickly assess a patient's symptoms and determine if an infectious disease is the cause and direct the patient to take the most appropriate action. Access to health resources for both the patient and health worker is also provided in the solution.

IntefleCS® Urgent Care provides an integrated solution incorporating a structured electronic clinical framework which, whether used in a face to face, telephone and web environment can, if required, supplement clinical skills and make sure that all clinicians, whatever professional background, can work via evidence based practice to identify or rule out key signs and symptoms. This improves the quality and promotes consistency in patient care by all groups and levels of staff. Practitioners are assisted and supported to make safe, accurate and timely assessments. Optimum professional standards are facilitated and recorded. Clear audit trails are available to help improve patient care. Information can be shared between different environments of healthcare, avoiding repetition for the patient. Even more importantly, if the patient is unable to communicate due to illness, vital information can be accessed to ensure treatment is carried out quickly and effectively.
